Have You Ever Made a Promise You Couldn’t Stop Thinking About?
When I was six years old, I lived through the war in Bosnia.
I remember sitting in a cold, mouldy basement with my family, by candlelight, while the world outside was falling apart. I was scared, not knowing if I would be alive the next minute.
Somewhere in that basement, I made a promise to myself: one day, I would help bring more peace and healing into the world.
I had no clue what that would look like.
For God’s sake, I did not even know if I would live to see tomorrow.
But I carried that promise with me. And after 34 years, I can say I am living it.
Today, that promise has grown into Healing Millions®, a global movement for peace and healing that brings together people looking for support and healers who want to help more people.
€823, No Plan, Just a Deep Knowing I Had to Do It
I moved to Vienna with €823 in my pocket, thinking I was the richest woman in the world. No joke.
My father looked at me and said, “Nina, that’s nothing.”
I told him he did not understand.
On my first day in Vienna, I paid for health insurance, rent, transport, and food. Suddenly I had about €10 left, a return ticket home, and no proper plan.
I remember thinking, “Okay. I will figure it out.”
And somehow, I did.
In 2009, my husband and I set up an advertising agency. We got our first client by delivering 200,000 business cards to mailboxes ourselves.
Our accountant even called to ask if we had made a mistake with the order.
Within a week, one of the biggest advertising agencies in Vienna called us.
They became a client and are still with us today.
Over the next 20 years, I worked on more than 700 marketing campaigns, including campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and celebrities whose names I am not even allowed to mention because of a 29-page NDA.
I learned what makes people pay attention. What makes them trust. What makes them decide to buy.
And I learned that if you want to help people, you need to explain your work in a way they understand.
The Moment Energy Healing Turned My Life Upside Down
For 18 months, I lived with pain that doctors could not explain.
I was told it could take years to find answers, if we ever found them at all.
Then I had two energy healing sessions. Something shifted, and the pain was gone for good.
After 18 months, I was able to walk, work, and live without pain again.
I wanted to understand what had happened. I wanted to learn how to support myself.
But looking back, healing was not completely new to me.
When I was 14, I learned my first energy healing tool and practised it with my grandmother. At the time, I thought we were just playing. I had no idea it would become such an important part of my life later.
For me, healing is deeply personal.
It is not a trend or a pretty quote on Instagram.
It is about finding your way back to yourself and connecting with what your soul truly wants.
Why I Care So Much About Healers
Healers changed my life. I want everyone to know how transformative this work can be.
As a healer, I see how life-changing it can be when you go from feeling sad, stuck, and lonely to finding that spark of life again and living life more fully.
But I cannot help millions alone.
We need more healers, therapists, and psychologists doing this work too.
And it breaks my heart to see so many beautiful, gifted lightworkers struggle to get clients.
But I get it.
I know what it feels like to have a gift and still doubt yourself.
I know what it feels like to want to help people but not know how to talk about your work without sounding too complicated or too “woo woo.”
Even the thought of your friends from college, your family, or your former colleagues seeing your work and judging you can feel scary. I know that feeling far too well.
And the thought of charging for your healing work can bring up guilt and discomfort.
For a long time, I gave away more than 500 sessions for free.
Then one client insisted on paying me €150.
I used that money to feed 100 children in an orphanage in Bosnia.
That made me realise something important: when money is in good hands, we can create a much better world.
Good people need money too.
It gives you choice. It gives you stability. It gives you space to keep helping, take care of your family, support causes you believe in, and do the work that matters to you.
The Bigger Dream
Healing Millions® brings together people looking for support and healers who want to help more people.
I want to give people hope again. I want them to see that a better life is possible, no matter how hard life has been.
And I want healers to stop hiding. The world needs you now more than ever.
Change does not only happen somewhere far away, with somebody else.
It starts in our homes. In our families. In the way we treat ourselves. In the work we choose to share.

A Few Things You Don’t Really Need to Know About Me
But I am telling you anyway.
I speak 10 languages. I have always loved understanding people and cultures, not only learning how to order coffee.
I love a good cappuccino. The quality really matters.
I am a mother, and my daughter gives very honest feedback on my Snapchat videos. If she laughs, I post it. If she does not, it needs more work.
I fall asleep listening to tuning-fork frequencies.
My mom is one of my biggest inspirations. She is warm, smart, successful, generous, and completely herself.
One of my favourite places is the summer market in Helsinki. Give me the sea, salmon, boats, and a sun that refuses to set, and I am happy.
I drink too much coffee and meditate every day. I have made peace with the contradiction.
